#Cinderblocks3 User Experience @mcamp41

I am at Cinderblocks3: http://2.healthca.mp/27HhNyP
I will be presenting again this year about BlueButton on FHIR.

During the event I will also be posting to my blog.

User Experience

84% of Healthcare leaders rank Patient Experience as a top priority.

Would you use your own product?

User Experience is the total experience surrounding your service or product.

Know your customer.

As a patient do you complain or Influence Improvements? Be a change agent!

Think about the issues when you are admitted as a patient:

  • Don’t Judge the patient
  • Engage the patient.

check out IODINE. Customers can record their drug experience.

We have to think about the patient and caregivers and the full life experience.
for example – Don’t lock the caregiver out of the patient portal when the patient passes away.
