Doc Searls was one of the original authors of the Cluetrain Manifesto and he has produced a set of slides to bring the meme up to date. Even the Personal Health Record (PHR) gets a mention on slide 36. I am a firm believer that the PHR is closely aligned with the Data Portability movement - My data, just a different subset with critical privacy controls surrounding it.
