For those with short attention spans...

The packed session of the afternoon was the one on micro-blogging and micro-media. "Short Attention Span Theater: The Birth of Microblogging & Micromedia"
So I suppose I should twitter this session using my ekivemark account...
Twitter is one of a new generation of "flow apps."  Adoption is key because when you reach a critical mass then behavior changes and flow moves from older generation media.
For example, IM adoption led to a 15% reduction in email. Wikis and similar collaboration tools can lead to a 30% reduction in email. What will Twitter, FriendFeed and others do?
As one commenter said.. "Twitter has made URL shorteners really huge"
