I expect we will be using Visible Tweets again at #hcsfbay to project the stream of tweets from the event. This worked successfully last year and at HealthCampSanDiego.
If you have not checked out visible tweets take a few minutes to try it. I really love the Tag Cloud and the Rotation animations.
