Sustained Engagement is the big challenge. All research points to big drop off around 6 months (50%) for many different apps and engagement models.

BCBSIL has created iOS app: Centered

Molina Healthcare uses CareMark for Pharmacy Management. They can get daily reporting on costs. This ties in with medical adherence. The issue is not cost but adoption and sustainability.

iOS is most popular. Android is more fragmented and often doesn’t have co-processor capability.
