Is there irony in this?

I was browsing through the Microsoft site today. They have a useful template site for Office products. I was looking at the Project Plans and saw a Plan for the Deployment of Project 2003. The plan requires Project 2003. Am I the only person to think that is a bit of a Catch 22? May be it is just my warped sense of humour!
