Microsoft has the resources to outlast others and use strong arm tactics. They are relentless so competitors can't afford to relax. The lesson is therefore to stay on your game and don't get distracted in to taking on Microsoft on their own turf.

Assessment of Web 2.0 for IT. This is an amazingly closed minded view of Web 2.0 from an IT Perspective. Ignoring Web 2.0 seems set to doom IT to irrelevance. Embracing Web 2.0 is a path to becoming more immediately relevant to our business customers.
