Web 2.0 is a very social phenomenon and the show proves it. The real value of the show comes from the conversations that go on around the event. I got to spend time in the blogtropolus blogger's lounge that is hosted by The Conversation Group. It was fascinating to participate in the "conversation mashups" that sprung up at the various tables.
Today should be equally interesting. I am planning to participate in the Web 2Open Health 2.0 session. This will bring together people at the event with an interest in the evolution of the Healthcare space.
