Mike Subelsky of OtherInBox gave a presentation on SproutCore.
SproutCore uses a Model View Controller approach like Ruby on Rails. It is a JavaScript application framework that is very powerful. Documentation is improving but this is a new framework. SproutCore creates applications that feel very much like client applications. Apple has adopted SproutCore and on the Mac you can even incorporate SproutCore in to Mac Applications using the Cocoa framework.
The best demonstration of SproutCore is MobileMe.
