mHealth is the switch to simplified tracking. Brian O'Donnell talks about FitBit. It's simplicity and connectivity enables change.

Data Vizualization. There are 25 people at the conference equipped with fitbits. the data will be aggregated. The challenge is 60 miles, 120,000 steps and 60,000 calories.
