Matt L: Focus on driving behaviors. Extrinsic and Intrinsic factors.

Dick T: Points give a dopamine hit but it doesn’t last. ie. Gamification only gets you started.
Social kicks in and sustains. Accountability in your social circle worksuntil habitual activity kicks in.

Hans: The data set is very private. data is de-coupled from user information. 1M active users.
Developing a forum to help address the questions that the users have.

Dick T: Education, Mindfulness and habit are the most important factors.The issue is creating a positive Feedback loop. It can take time and depends on the individual.

User Experience/User interface is critical. Activity has to be quick and easy. Make it easy for users to do things.
